White Coats for a New Class
The newest class of future physicians to enter the U-M Medical School marked the milestone by receiving their first white coats at the annual White Coat Ceremony on August 2. The entering class is nearly evenly split between males and females, and Michigan residents and non-residents. Fifty-one of the 170 students completed their undergraduate degrees right here at the U-M, and the class has an average undergraduate GPA of 3.75.
