We partner with our areas to provide customer support, including triaging analysis and report requests, and provide training on how to utilize our financial reporting tools. On a monthly basis, we complete month end financial and unit of service performance reviews for the segments of MM.

Additionally, the team consults with areas to facilitate lease vs. buy and other business plan analyses for decision making purposes. Annually, the CFPA team coordinates the budgeting process for all of MM (volumes and revenues/expenses), as well as the long term projections in the Strategic Financial Framework.
